Passion of the Christ

Never seen such a sick movie like this before..Right from the begining till the end Jesus is beaten up in different angles..and the movie is for 2 f**kin hrs..namma oru ramanarayanan yevalavo better...

I dont understand one logic..At the end of the movie, Jesus is crucified along with two criminals. The criminal at the right finally believes that he is the messiah of god and asks for his forgiveness..This happens only after he hears Jesus sayin "Forgive them Father, they dont knw wht they are doin"..Jesus says "You'll be with me in Paradise" to that criminal..Hearing this the criminal at the left laughs and mocks Jesus...Then a crow comes and picks his eyes...This only contradicts one of the God(Father)'s messages which his messiah (Jesus) supposed to convey to the people.."Love those who hate you"

23 n never been kissed..continued

My immediate reply to the post by Srinath, just reflects how much I agree to wht he says. This system is so stupid. This is not wht the Europeans do. The kids are let aloof at or arnd 15 yrs old. They will only be financially supported by their parents. Other than that they decide their life. And the other thing that I like particularly abt Germans is that they do exactly wht they want to do or they do noting. Thats pretty cool. But this sounds good whn u r in an economically sound country. But for India, we've no other option but to follow the rules set by the parents which we'll bestow upon our children and this dreadful thing continues untill India becomes rich.

23 and never been kissed...

Sounds like an english comedy? That's what I am. Though I'm not ashamed about that fact. Nor am I proud of it. It's just my cultural upbrinking. I keep wondering about my mom's advice ( which she'd have told me innumerable times when I was studying ) - 'This is the age for studying. Do not get into any kind of distraction'. Though it worked for me, coming to think of it now, I dont really like her idea. The idea of spending 20 years for studying, x years for earning, x years visiting places, x years taking rest , x years doing what not. The problem with such a system is, you always look forward for the next x years and are never satisfied with your life.

To Aravind: Sorry if my last post sounded harsh. Did not mean it to be that way. ( Wanted it to be harsher ;) ).

To Srinath

Wo..wo..I didnt see that coming from you. Well dear Srinath, Charm doesnt peter out as one grows. In whtevr context it may be used, charm just has one meaning. Its carrying arnd yourself with lotsa enthu and fun.

And I am not messing around with a kid.I know shes a kid and I am just making her feel better rather than hurting her by avoiding her. Its as simple as that. I am taking much care to avoid any emotional bond!

*For, no girl in her right mind would date a person such as you and pay for you too*

right mind or whtevr it is, I am happy that someone finds me attractive and cOoL:-)

Anyway no mud-slinging...

Oh and by the way, yesterday when i was crossing the road i saw a pigeon hit by a truck. Just before it was hit it was on the pavement eating its last meal happily without knowing that its life is going to end. Been thinking about this all the way to the home and was hit by this *gyana vuthaiyam*.."Live every minute to the fullest"...

Srinath breaks his silence.

Okay.. The machine called my body has been working a lot yesterday and today and has started to show the symptoms of stress. Before I head for the ultimate cure called sleep, let me try to blabber something here. I am trying to think of the past 2 years at work. No... My mind just refuses to think. Guys ever been in a strange state where you cannot think straight about your own past experience, yet , you are able to churn out lines of code? Poor my customer ;-(

For the people who find me not as charming as I was, frankly, I could not get what the meaning of 'charm' was in this context. Anyways, the only thing I can tell them is 'Grow UP !'. Stop messing around with kids below 16 years. And dont take advantage of their adolescent madness. ( For, no girl in her right mind would date a person such as you and pay for you too ).

Okay.. Let me hit the bed now, come back with a clear head and try to read this post of mine.

Life in Trilogy

I was surprised to see how Trilogy has changed Srinath. He churns out hundreds of lines of codes (??) each day in Trilogy and losing all his charm in the process. He lost all his charm and looks like serious-minded middle aged guy. Not to mention the extra pounds of flesh around his hip. Nonetheless, he still retains the bandha.

Aravind's date

Aravind's date on Monday was amazing. He took his date to an Indian restaurant. She dressed up well for the occasion and she looked amazing. As Anand and Srinath know very well, every day is an occasion for Aravind. So when it comes to dressing, Aravind is impeccable.

Aravind usually expects, during his days in India, Anand/Srinath to pay for him even its bus fare or ticket for the front rows in cinema;-) But life changes. So does Aravind. But unfortunately, Rebacca didnt allow me to pay the bill. Though it was quite embrassing for Aravind, but he'll somehow make it up in future. And other thing that I should mention here is, she is hardly 16 years old. People at this age are vulnerable and fantasize on everything. Aravind will never take advantage of that.

Lets see how things progress.

Two years at Trilogy and after !!

Anand and Srinath complete two years at Trilogy.

These are the few things I remember of these two years (chronological) :

Anand and Srinath have a boring 1 month of training

A and S celebrate their first month salary at Gongura (with a full meals ;-))!!

When life was getting boring, with just two of us, the modellers joined us and we never felt the need for more people again.

Honestly, not much of challenging work in the two years. But was succesful in making my managers happy with my work and Anand did become a dependable team member.

Thinking back, office would have been boring without the tons of hours spent theorizing, agonizing, celebrating, philosophising about stock markets !! And of course, making some money too !!

Anand wants to try something different. He had dreamt from kiddo days of attending corporate meetings in a suit and strategising. Decides to go to B-School. Just hoping for some romance in life.

Taking CAT was painful. The postponement of CAT was a blessing. His theories on fate/destiny get some more confirmation. B-School would have not been possible with the cancelled CAT. The final CAT on Feb 25 2004, was the best CAT paper he wrote and rest is history. Somehow, he never had the full heart to do well in CAT, although he wanted to get into a B-School.

And the future ?

Kolkata beckons !! I have no idea what will Anand be in 2006.

Somehow I have really enjoyed the brutal (Im looking for an equivalent word for surprisingly surprising) turns in life when I had not expected them.

So, what he wants to do now is make tons of money or atleast be in the middle of money !! Not only for himself, but for others who still have no idea how to make money. He wants to make India a land of money makers.

Ahh, come on shut up Anand, remember people who create history, have no hope of a personal destiny !!

( How was that for an ending ? Of course, I stole that line from somewhere !! )

Aravind goes on a date

This is unofficially confirmed, assuming Mr.Aravind is not making up stories. Aravind was on his first (?) date. They supposedly went to a restaurant and had food. Few questions to Aravind :

1. Who paid the bill ?
2. What did you do after dinner ?
3. When is your next date, or how do you plan to take this forward ?
